Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PrismAura, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use PrismAura.

2. Creative Entertainment Only

PrismAura is designed for entertainment, creativity, and self-expression. Aura Cards, aura scores, visual labels, messages, “energy” descriptions, and similar outputs are creative or fictional features. They are not medical, psychological, spiritual, scientific, legal, financial, or other professional assessments or advice.

3. Accounts and Guest Access

PrismAura may be used through guest access or supported sign-in methods. You are responsible for the activity associated with your account or device session and for maintaining reasonable security over your credentials and devices.

4. Your Photos and Content

You retain your rights in photos and other content you provide. By using a photo or other content with PrismAura, you authorize KyrvionX Studio, LLC and its service providers to process, transmit, store, transform, display, and reproduce that content only as reasonably necessary to provide PrismAura features, operate the service, and fulfill actions you request such as creating, saving, retrieving, or sharing an Aura Card.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use content you upload or submit.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use PrismAura to violate law or third-party rights, upload unlawful or malicious content, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected systems where prohibited, abuse platform resources, or use PrismAura in a way that harms others or the service.

6. PrismAura Pro and In-App Purchases

PrismAura may offer optional paid subscriptions or in-app purchases through Apple. Pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and payment processing are subject to Apple’s applicable purchase terms and your App Store account settings. You can manage or cancel Apple subscriptions through your Apple account.

7. Features and Availability

We may add, change, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue features as PrismAura evolves. We do not guarantee that every feature, visual style, output, or service will always be available or operate without interruption.

8. Intellectual Property

PrismAura, its software, name, logo, interface, visual systems, original copy, product design, and related KyrvionX materials are owned by KyrvionX Studio, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership or grant permission to copy, imitate, resell, or commercially exploit protected PrismAura materials.

9. Third-Party Services

PrismAura may interact with third-party platforms and services, including authentication providers, cloud infrastructure, Apple services, subscription-management services, and social/share destinations. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrismAura is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce a particular creative result.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KyrvionX Studio, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or connected with use of PrismAura.

12. Suspension or Termination

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, address security or legal concerns, or prevent misuse. You may stop using PrismAura at any time and may use the available account-deletion controls.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as PrismAura evolves. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply to future use, subject to applicable law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
