Delete Your PrismAura Account

You can permanently delete your PrismAura account and associated account data directly from the app.

Delete from the PrismAura app

  1. Open PrismAura.
  2. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
  3. Open Settings.
  4. Select Delete My Data / account deletion.
  5. Review the confirmation message and confirm deletion.

Deletion is intended to remove the account and associated PrismAura account data handled by the app, subject to limited records that may need to be retained for legitimate security, legal, fraud-prevention, or transaction purposes.

If you cannot access the app

Email [email protected] with the subject PrismAura Account Deletion Request. We may need reasonable information to verify that you control the account before processing a request.

Subscriptions

Deleting a PrismAura account does not necessarily cancel an Apple subscription. Apple subscriptions are managed separately through your Apple ID. You can review them at Apple Subscriptions.
