1. Information You Choose to Provide

Depending on how you use PrismAura, you may provide or generate information such as photos you capture or select, display/profile information, saved Aura Cards, support messages, and other content you choose to create or store through the app.

2. Account and Sign-In Information

PrismAura supports guest access and may also support sign-in through Apple or Google. When you choose a sign-in provider, PrismAura may receive identifiers and limited account information made available by that provider, such as your name or email address when you choose to share it.

3. Photos and Aura Cards

Photos you choose for PrismAura may be processed and, where needed for app functionality, uploaded to cloud infrastructure so PrismAura can create, save, retrieve, or manage your Aura Cards. Generated card information and related metadata may also be stored when required to provide features such as history, saved cards, sharing, or account continuity.

You control which photos you choose to use. PrismAura is a creative entertainment experience and does not use your photo to make medical, psychological, spiritual, or professional determinations.

4. Purchases and Subscription Information

PrismAura Pro purchases are processed through Apple’s in-app purchase system. PrismAura may receive purchase status, entitlement, product, and subscription information needed to unlock or restore Pro features. PrismAura does not receive your full payment card details from Apple.

5. Technical and Service Information

PrismAura and its service providers may process limited technical information that is reasonably necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the app, such as device or app identifiers, authentication state, subscription entitlement, network/service events, error information, and similar operational data.

6. How We Use Information

• Provide and operate PrismAura features.
• Create and display the visual content you request.
• Maintain accounts, guest sessions, saved content, and subscription access.
• Respond to support requests.
• Protect the app, users, and infrastructure from abuse or security threats.
• Maintain reliability and improve the PrismAura experience.

7. Service Providers

PrismAura may rely on third-party infrastructure and platform providers to operate features such as authentication, cloud storage/database services, in-app purchases, subscription entitlement management, hosting, and security. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices and only to the extent needed to provide their services.

8. Sharing and Public Posting

PrismAura lets you create content that can be saved or shared. Sharing is initiated by you. Once you share an Aura Card outside PrismAura, the destination app, website, or recipient may handle that content under its own privacy practices.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, to provide requested features, maintain legitimate operational records, resolve disputes, protect security, and meet applicable legal obligations.

10. Security

KyrvionX Studio, LLC uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No internet transmission, cloud service, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Children’s Privacy

PrismAura is a creative entertainment app. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate authorization. If you believe a child has provided personal information in a way that should be removed, please contact us.

12. Your Choices and Privacy Requests

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other action concerning personal information. You may also use PrismAura’s in-app deletion controls.

We may update this Privacy Policy as PrismAura, our technology, or applicable requirements change. The “Last updated” date above identifies the current version.
